6. Diabetes
Feeling tired or very exhausted all the time is a common symptom of type 1 and type 2 diabetes . Other symptoms of diabetes are peeing excessively, feeling thirsty constantly, and losing weight.
You should discuss any of these symptoms with your doctor, and get your blood sugar level tested. You will be asked to take a blood test after fasting in order to find out your blood sugar level. Your blood sugar could indicate that you have diabetes if it is high.
Several tests will be performed to determine whether this is true. In many cases, eating the right foods and doing exercise can help to lower blood sugar levels. You may be prescribed medication to help keep your blood glucose levels under control.
