14. Dehydration
Everyone knows that water quenches thirst. Many people don’t realize that drinking too little water can make you tired. Dehydration is evident when you feel thirsty. You can stay hydrated by drinking any liquid.
Water is still the best choice. Water is the best option because it contains no caffeine, calories or sugar. You should drink 8 glasses of water a day. If you live in an environment that is warmer or you exercise, then you may need to consume even more water.
You will see that your urine is a pale yellow color or clear if you are well -hydrated. You may need to increase your water intake if the color of your urine is darker. This will not only help you stay hydrated but also help fight other infections.
