Nothing beats a nice cup of coffee first thing in the morning. It’s refreshing and gives a boost to your day. caffeine in moderation is not bad. Caffeine can actually be good for your health.
If you drink too much caffeine, you may feel jittery and anxious, experience high blood pressure and insomnia, or even become anxious. Caffeine can also cause a crash after the initial feeling of alertness has worn off. This leaves you feeling tired.
Try to eliminate caffeine-rich drinks from your diet. It is important to reduce caffeine slowly because withdrawal symptoms are real. Reduce the amount of caffeine drinks you drink each day by drinking more water.
