11. Lack of Sleep
Some lifestyle choices could also be the reason you feel exhaustedall the time. One of the reasons is that you are not getting enough rest. At least seven hours sleep per night is recommended.
Try to go to sleep and get up at the exact same time every day. It can keep you on track and help your body to maintain a rhythm. You should ensure that your mattress is of good quality and keep the room dark and quiet. You will get a better night’s sleep if you do this.
