A bat attack on a live newscast is not something that most anchors expect. This is exactly what happened this week at the KFOX14/CBS4 North Mesa studios. The building has been inundated with bats, which have caused chaos and interrupted newscasts.
Robert Holguin, the co-anchor of the 9pm newscast on Wednesday, posted a social media message about having to move into a temporary studio because not one but TWO bats had disrupted it. This is not the first instance that these winged creatures caused havoc, disrupting morning shows or even forcing the station off the air.
