Apollo 13 Taught NASA a Lot
Apollo 13 is a spacecraft launched on April 11, 1969. The mission of Apollo 13 was to land on moon. However, this proved impossible when one of the oxygen tanks failed. The crew had to return to Earth after the mission was aborted. This was not the first time that something went wrong on a mission. There was an incident in which one crew wasn’t as fortunate as the Apollo 13 crew.
