Orbital Telescopes are Always Watching
Johnson and his NASA team continue to monitor the universe using the funds from the project, as well as other resources like orbital telescopes. These telescopes will be humanity’s most effective early warning system if a large asteroid were to enter our solar system, and make its way toward Earth. NASA will have more time to prepare if they are aware of this problem as soon as possible.
