Many people drink coffee in the morning to get them going. This includes a lot of people reading this. There are also people who choose to drink before going to bed at night, or even taking a nap.
You don’t need to stay up all night when you drink coffee. Just don’t make it as strong as usual, or even make half a pot if that’s an option. It’s good for your health and can help with sleep apnea.
