4. Sharp pain and warm discharge
Sharp pains in the ears are difficult to ignore. They can indicate infection or other problems. Some sports, such as scuba-diving, can cause the or eardrum rupture. This causes sudden and sharp pains.
If the eardrum breaks, pus may flow from the ear. The eardrum can rupture and cause a middle-ear infection. These symptoms may also occur if the eardrum is not damaged.
Pain and pus oozing are unpleasant symptoms and can be a sign of a more serious condition.
