The Bag
Patrick opened the bag after he got it from his car and was shocked. The bag was filled with dog collars of all shapes, sizes, colors and styles. When the officer picked out one at random, he noticed that it was numbered.
Austin and Patrick observed the dog becoming agitated while inspecting the bag. Patrick noticed that the dog was emotionally attached to the bag. The collar on the dog said 27.
