4. Cold Water
Start with a simple step to make your skin happier: rinse your face twice a day with cold water. Rinse your face with cold water twice a day: once in the morning, before you start your official day and once before bed. Nothing else. No soap. Cold water can be used to remove dark circles around your eyes.
You can still use soap but if you have sensitive skin, avoid over-use of soap and make-up. This can cause adverse reactions such as a skin rash, acne, or a skin rash.
You can combine the cold water rinse method with the other methods on the list.
Consider switching to purified or previously boiled water instead of drinking tap water if you notice that your skin condition is getting worse.
