2. Power Napping
Exhaustion is a common cause of dark circles around the eyes. Dark circles are usually caused by too little sleep or staying up late. It is a sign of fatigue. The dark circles may still be present the next day, even if you get some sleep.
It’s worth taking a “power nap” if you notice you are getting dark circles under your eyelids. A power nap lasts for no more than 15 or 20 minutes. This is just long enough to allow your body to rest and regenerate but not to sleep for a full night.
Power napping is a popular way to rejuvenate yourself during and after long days at work. It’s also a technique used by students around the world.
