We may not like to imagine that we might have an emergency when camping, but learning some camping hacks will ensure we are prepared in the event of one. As long as you’ve got a bike and a tarp, you can make an emergency shelter.
Cover the wheels of your bike with the tarp by first flipping it upside down. Attach the other end of the tarp to the ground using guylines, or something heavy like rocks to hold it in place. You can now rest on your bike by securing the front of the tarp to the bike with a tarp.
