8. The Underlying Kidney Conditions
Blurred vision is not only caused by diabetes and obvious eye conditions, but can also be a sign of underlying conditions or syndromes that affect the organs instead. If you’ve never had impaired vision in your family or medical history, it may not be your eyes.
It’s not always an eye problem. You may also experience blurred vision due to kidney disorders or conditions. Other symptoms include pain in your lower back or abdomen, increased urinary infections or kidney infections, and increased or decreased urine.
If you think you may have a kidney problem that is affecting your health, you should consult your doctor. Some medications can temporarily affect kidney function. Because there are so many possible causes, it is always best to consult your doctor.
