12. General Malnutrition
Malnutritionaffects thousands of people around the world. It is not only a problem in developing countries. Sometimes, it is caused by a diet that is not healthy.
Malnutrition will occur if your nutrition intake is not what it should and this continues for a sufficient amount of time. A nutrient intake not adequate to your needs can cause you to have low blood pressure, weight issues, kidney or liver problems, and digestive issues.
Malnutrition can cause blurred vision. You may be eating the wrong food or in the wrong quantities. The first step to resolving malnutrition is to consult a nutritionist (or ask your doctor to recommend one).
