3. Wild Outbursts
You’ve probably seen someone yelling and cursing loudly in a bar, restaurant or Walmart. There is no obvious reason for the person to be so angry. The combination of irritability, racing thoughts and high levels of energy can lead to wild outbursts.
They may also seem to come out of nowhere. A small infraction can quickly lead the Bipolar-Manic’ed individual down a rabbithole in their mind to a state of compounded irritation and defensiveness that no one has ever seen.
Beware of people who seem angrywithout any apparent reason. Avoid these people. In these states there is little or no logic, so you should stay away from them.
