These other oils can cause a lowered immunity, inflammation, poor digestive health, and a generally “angry” body. This leads to the formation of tumor-like masses of cells and eventually disease. Unrefined oils promote better digestion and immunity, as well as being more natural for the body. These healthy fats protect some of the most important parts of the body, such as the nerves and brain. It is essential for the health of your brain and nervous system. Without it, they are more susceptible to degeneration and attack on a cellular level.
