It is easy to make peppermint tea. Some crushed peppermint, a teaspoon or two of honey and a cup water are all you need. Water, peppermint, and honey should be boiled together for ten minutes. Pour the tea into a cup after it has boiled. Some people strain the leaves, while others leave the crushed leaves inside the cup. This tea can help you recover faster from a high fever. Drink it twice a day until the symptoms disappear.
