Labrador Retriever
Every year, the Labrador Retriever is ranked number one on the American Kennel Club list of popular breeds. These dogs make wonderful family pets. They are intelligent, loyal and loving. Unfortunately, these dogs are notorious for causing allergies in humans. The double coat is dense, and sheds a lot. They are also known to have dry, flaky and itchy skin. If you let your Labrador swim often, this may help reduce the amount of dander in the air at home, reducing the likelihood of allergies.
