4. The Middle to Late Folicular Stage
The discharge of a woman may be sticky in the early follicular phases. Fluids become creamier or more cloudy as the watercontent increases. The fluids will be cloudy or whitish and not clear. This is the time when sperm can begin to swim in the cervical fluid, according to research. The sperm will begin to swim through the cervical fluid on day nine of a 28-day menstrual period.
Some women will experience a discharge at this time, while others won’t. A white, milky discharge is normal during the follicular phase of a women’s cycle. It is nothing to worry about and it is a normal part of a woman’s cycle.
